Production Trainee Engineer

Job Timing: 11 am to 9 pm. Weekly Off: Thursday. Production Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) We are seeking an experienced or a fresher Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our manufacturing operations are efficient, safe, and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement production plans and schedules that optimize efficiency and minimize waste. Understand the Manufacturing and welding process, Non destructive testing process and implement the right methods. Monitor production and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. Manage a team of production workers and provide leadership and guidance to ensure that production goals are met. Ensure that all production activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Work with other departments, such as design and quality assurance, to ensure that products meet customer requirements and standards. Investigate and resolve production issues, such as equipment failures or supply chain disruptions, in a timely and effective manner. Requirements: Diploma Knowledge, dedication and interest to learn production processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
