Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed

  production schedules

  aligned with project timelines and customer requirements
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure productivity and compliance
• Oversee

  machining, fabrication, and welding

  processes to deliver quality output
• Collaborate with

  engineering, design, and sales

  teams to ensure specifications are met
• Implement

  quality control

  protocols and resolve production issues with the QA team
• Ensure

  inventory and material availability

  by coordinating with procurement
• Enforce

  health and safety compliance

  across the workshop
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  initiatives and enhance production KPIs
• Contribute insights to

  product development

  based on manufacturing feedback

Candidate Profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 10–15 years of experience in production & planning, preferably from

  equipment or heavy machinery manufacturing

• Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills
• Practical knowledge of

  shop floor operations

  , workflow planning, and inventory coordination
• Proficient in process improvement methodologies and plant safety protocols
