Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to oversee and streamline production operations for our men's garments line. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between design, sampling, cutting, stitching, and finishing departments to meet production targets, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate day-to-day production activities and workflows across departments.

* Monitor the progress of production orders from sampling to final dispatch.

* Ensure timely procurement and availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

* Maintain production calendars and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

* Collaborate closely with Design team and Production team.

* Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

* Identify and troubleshoot delays in departments.

* Prepare and maintain weekly production plan.

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination in a garment factory (preferably men's shirts, trousers, or jackets).

* Strong understanding of garment construction, production processes, and quality control.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, production tracking tools, and ERP software (preferred).

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Team player with a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: From ₹19,000.00 per month
