Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with 2+ years of experience to support day-to-day procurement operations. The ideal candidate will assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and cost-effective sourcing while ensuring timely and quality delivery of goods and services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors based on price, quality, and delivery time. Raise and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders in ERP or procurement systems. Support negotiations with vendors for pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal departments to understand material or service requirements. Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies. Assist in evaluating vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Support compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Help identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation or alternate sourcing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations. Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
