Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms. - Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts. - Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs. - Ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases. - Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
