Are you an experienced BPO Trainer with a passion for mentoring talent in the international website sales domain? Join our team and help shape the next generation of high-performing sales professionals!

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver end-to-end training for new hires & existing employees on our international website sales process.
• Design & update SOPs, training manuals, and content.
• Conduct refreshers, skill enhancement, and floor coaching.
• Collaborate with Ops & QA to bridge performance gaps.
• Measure training effectiveness & maintain detailed reports.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years as a Process Trainer in International BPO (Website Sales experience preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and sales coaching skills.
• Deep understanding of B2B/B2C website sales and objection handling.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).

⭐ Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked on outbound web sales campaigns.
• Know CRM tools and training evaluation methods.
• Hold any training/sales certifications.
