Role Description:

• Carry out project’s process audits to verify the compliances of projects.
• To interact with customers during client audits / evaluations
• To participate in external audits and assist auditors form certifying bodies.
• Training project teams on QMS / Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and use of Templates
• Triggering process improvements.
• Analysis of performance trends & triggering improvements
• Participation in process definition activities
• Escalating non-conformance to Sr. management and follow up for its timely closure.

Required Skills:

• Exposure to ISO 9001 / process definition in line with ISO standards
• Good understanding of Quality Management System, statistical and other analysis / monitoring techniques
• Passion for Quality & can stand for the cause
• Exposure to Quality tools like Five Why, Fishbone diagram, Pareto chart
• Knowledge of CAD tools & engineering practices
• Good Communication skills.
