Roles & Responsibilities

Preferred Industry

Automotive- Mechatronics /Lighting parts experience preferred
  • Production System Management: Design, implement, and maintain
efficient production systems.
  • Process Optimization: Improve quality, cycle times, and machine
availability through lean techniques and value engineering.
  • Technical Excellence: Drive validation plans, conduct root cause analysis,
and provide technical input for new business bids.
  • Project & Cost Management: Develop project plans, justify capital
investments, and manage budgets.
  • Operational Improvements: Analyze downtime, optimize material usage,
and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Team Leadership: Identify and deploy the right skill sets, train and develop
the team, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Performance & Compliance: Establish KPIs, drive process improvements,
and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibility

  • Designing New Assy Line/Installation/Validation/Process Analysis / Panel
Wiring.
  • New Assy Line Document PFD/PFMEA/CP/PCS/MCS/WI/Poka
Yoke/Kaizen/Validation.
  • Assy Line Maintenance & Power Utility.
  • MTTR/MTBF/Preventive Maintenance/Productive Maintenance/SPM
Machine Trouble Shooting/PLC Programming/AHU Chiller Preventive
Maintenance.
  • Defining the process flow for new products, Engineering design evaluation.
Layout preparation in 2D & 3D.
  • Budget preparation as per the instructions & guidelines
Skills: process optimization,value engineering,operational improvements,project management,compliance management,plc programming,design,preventive maintenance,lighting,process engineering,mechatronics,team leadership,kpi establishment,production system management,cost management,3d layout preparation,technical excellence,lean techniques,root cause analysis,maintenance
