We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead The Gurukulam School (Powered by Physics Wallah) at our Kanpur and Muzaffarpur campuses. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic academic leader, committed to driving academic innovation, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive school culture. Job Location:- Kanpur (UP) Muzaffarpur (Bihar) Required Experience:- 8 to 15 years *Only female candidates will be considered for this position* Key Responsibilities · Ensure implementation of NEP-aligned curriculum with a focus on integrated academics and competitive preparation (JEE/NEET/Foundation). · Promote inquiry-based learning, innovation, and excellence in teaching. · Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, compliance, and school infrastructure. · Coordinate with Physics Wallah’s central academic and operations teams. · Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of teachers. · Foster a culture of continuous professional development. · Oversee academic, co-curricular, and character-building initiatives. · Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students. · Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local community. · Maintain transparency through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. Eligibility Criteria Qualifications: Master’s Degree (preferably in Education/Science/Mathematics/English). B.Ed. or equivalent degree is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 8–15 years in the education sector with at least 4–8 years in a leadership role.
