Synapse is seeking an exceptional Principal to lead our esteemed girls' residential school in Kolkata. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced educational leader to drive academic excellence, foster a nurturing environment, and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Budget : 12 LPA - 24 LPA

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management and effective resource allocation
- Drive academic excellence through curriculum development and implementation
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students, promoting their well-being and development
- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and excellence

*Requirements:*

- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in educational leadership
- Proven track record of academic excellence and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
