Job Summary:We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Vice President (VP) – Real Estate to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across our real estate business verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project development, sales, marketing, and overall profitability while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies for real estate development, sales, and investments. Identify new business opportunities including land acquisition, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Contribute to organizational vision, expansion planning, and revenue growth. Project Oversight:Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to execution including feasibility, approvals, construction, sales, and handover. Collaborate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery. Monitor project ROI, budgeting, and quality standards. Sales & Marketing Strategy:Guide and monitor the performance of sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets. Approve strategic marketing campaigns and product positioning to ensure brand visibility and lead generation. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Team Management & Leadership:Lead and mentor senior managers across departments including sales, marketing, legal, construction, CRM, and finance. Foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring talent development and retention. Set KPIs and conduct periodic performance reviews. Stakeholder & Investor Relations:Liaise with investors, banks, landowners, and JV partners. Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for the board and stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with government bodies for approvals and compliance. Risk & Compliance:Ensure all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards are met for all projects and operations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks in business operations. Key Skills & Qualifications:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred) 12–20 years of experience in the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, regulatory frameworks, and project management Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and financial understanding Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
