Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Manager within the Luxury Vertical at NoBroker, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding clients" needs through phone conversations, coordinating site visits to showcase exclusive luxury properties, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a personalized experience for each client. Your key responsibilities will involve engaging with potential clients over calls to gather information about their preferences, requirements, and budget for luxury properties. By asking detailed questions, you will ensure all necessary information is obtained to match clients with suitable property options. In terms of site visit coordination, you will arrange and schedule visits for clients to view luxury properties. This will involve collaborating with the sales team and property managers to ensure that the properties are prepared for viewing and providing clients with essential details and logistics for their visits. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with clients consistently to maintain their engagement and progress leads through the sales funnel. Organizing and prioritizing leads to facilitate timely site visits and client meetings, as well as maintaining accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system will be essential aspects of your role. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Furthermore, you will stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury real estate market to offer insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis and property values. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business will be a key focus area. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with previous experience in a pre-sales, customer service, or sales support role, preferably within the luxury real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, as well as real estate experience are vital qualifications for this position. Additionally, proficiency in English communication and the ability to handle high-net-worth clients with maturity are essential.
