Job Title: PPRT Incharge Location: The Sanskriti School, Bhopal Institution Type: CBSE Senior Secondary School Section: Pre-Primary (PPRT) Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the entire Pre-Primary section ensuring smooth functioning. Supervise and mentor PPRT teachers in delivering developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with CBSE Early Childhood Education objectives. Monitor classroom activities, student progress, and overall well-being. Organize academic and co-curricular activities to support holistic development. Coordinate with school leadership and parents for continuous academic and behavioral progress. Conduct training sessions and workshops for capacity building of the Pre-Primary staff. Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety within the PPRT section. Prepare reports, feedback, and documentation related to Pre-Primary academics and events. Foster a child-friendly, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with NTT or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Pre-Primary teaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and child-centric teaching methodologies. Passion for early childhood education and innovation in pedagogy.
