Role Overview

We are seeking a PR & Collaborations Specialist with deep experience in earned media, brand storytelling, and influencer engagement. Prior work with F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred. This role is about building credibility through strategic PR and high-impact collaborations—while managing every detail, from outreach to event execution.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build annual PR calendars for each brand (campaigns, events, launches, milestones)
  • Write compelling press releases, media notes, and brand communication assets
  • Secure relevant press coverage across digital, regional, and national platforms
  • Identify and build partnerships with niche F&B creators, tastemakers, and complementary brands
  • Execute influencer campaigns with clear deliverables and KPIs
  • Manage barters, paid deals, and ambassador relationships
  • Plan and execute brand experiences: launches, tastings, pop-ups, and bar takeovers
  • Handle end-to-end coordination including vendors, budgets, guest lists, and RSVPs
  • Manage press and creator presence at on-ground events
  • Prepare monthly reports covering reach, PR coverage, ROI, and relationship mapping
  • Maintain and update contact databases (media, creators, vendors) in shared systems

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or event management
  • Agency or in-house experience with F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at relationship-building and negotiation
  • Highly organized with experience managing budgets, logistics, and timelines
