As a Senior Product Quality Leader - EEVC at Volvo Group, you will play a pivotal role in the quality strategy by collaborating with a team of Product Quality Leaders to ensure the quality of electrical and electronic components/systems and telematic services. Your primary focus will be on issue detection and pre-study using various data sources such as telematics, warranty, market reports, Technical Support, and dealer networks. By identifying and prioritizing quality issues based on their impact on customers and the business, you will lead pre-investigations to determine failure modes and their business implications. Your responsibilities will involve supporting Product Owners in implementing corrective actions, communicating product quality and customer satisfaction within Volvo GTT, and engaging with stakeholders. Your structured approach, coupled with a passion for data analytics and storytelling, will enable you to make informed decisions based on factual data. You will demonstrate a keen interest in technology and strive to contribute towards creating a better future through your work. Familiarity with vehicle development, electrical components, electronics, software development, and vehicle connectivity will be advantageous. Additionally, skills in predictive analytics, coding, and knowledge of relevant Volvo Trucks processes and tools such as JIRA, KOLA, IMPACT, ARGUS, among others, will enhance your capabilities.
