Dear Candidate, we are looking for a candidate those who a have good exposure in "Vehicle integration" - Mobile Elevated Work Platforms. candidate should be graduated in B.Tech/BE or M.Tech (Full time) . Will preferred industry Construction machinery / Material handling / Elevated work platform. industry background. Role & responsibilities Responsible for Mobile Elevated Work Platform (Access products) new and current product activities. Concept generation for new & current products within defined timelines including structural design & calculations Co-Ordinate engineering change and handle CFT Co-ordinate with supplier and solve engineering queries Support and coordination of Prototype / production and testing activities. Resolve field design issues and provide countermeasures Selection and sizing calculations of mechanical components 3D Cad model generations for sheet metal, welded assemblies and general arrangement and complete engineering drawings. Generation of 3D CAD model, assembly & 2D drawings for prototype & production parts within defined timeline. Design Release in Teamcenter PLM as per company OEM Standards. Required Skill set Experienced in sheet metal design, welding and assembly. Good general engineering knowledge & a sound understanding of engineering principles including GD&T, tolerance stack up. Product build experience with knowledge of Engineering change process. Knowledge of structural calculations Must have experience of Vehicle integration. Excellent problem solving and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills UG-NX and PLM-Teamcenter experience is must.
