You will engage in managing and optimizing Citrix and other remote access solutions to ensure high availability and performance. You will also aid in modernizing and maintaining cloud and mobile service delivery mechanisms (e.g., Microsoft Cloud 365, MDM solutions), often working cross-functionally with other engineering teams. Furthermore, you will work on designing and implementing automation solutions using PowerShell and Python to streamline system operations and enhance user experience. Additionally, you will support and manage enterprise application ecosystems, including Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and related SaaS tools and act as a key point of escalation for complex technical issues related to user endpoints, diagnosing, and resolving incidents to maintain operational stability. You will partner with other IT and business teams to deliver projects, support infrastructure rollouts, and continuously enhance end-user productivity. Finally, you will be responsible for gathering user feedback, evaluating technology performance, and recommending optimizations in line with industry best practices.
