Postgres SQL

• Coordinate with the developers, managers and leadership teams to build effective databases
• Collaborate with product managers to make sure database code meets demand
• Communicate with front-end developers to define plain yet dynamic APIs
• Keep a check on data structures and quality of data with DBAs
• Integrate and maintain database code in procedures, scripts, queries, and views

Skills and Qualifications of a Postgres Developer

• IT or computer science bachelor's or master's degree, or comparable work experience
• 3+ minimum years of PostgreSQL experience are required.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL's JSON support.
• ETL fundamentals are well understood.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data management such as permissions, security, recovery, and monitoring).
• Strong verbal and written skills, as well as English proficiency that has been demonstrated.

Prefered Skills of a Postgres Developer

• Time-series database knowledge.
• Experience in PLSQL OR ORACLE Developer
• Knowledge of high-performance data principles including message buffering, and indexing.
