This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer located in Navi Mumbai. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing automation systems using PLCs. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for PLC-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with the engineering team to develop efficient automation solutions and performing testing and validation of PLC programs.
a) Work on PLC and HMI programming of Siemens, Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC and HMI.
b) Coordinate with mechanical and electrical design team to create a list of DI, DO, AI, AO and
select suitable PLC and HMI.
c) Make and test PLC and HMI program. Communicate PLC with other instruments on Modbus
TCP / RTU or other protocols. Provide technical support remotely for commissioning and
troubleshooting during installation at site.
d) Coordinate with design team to develop P&ID.
e) Coordinate with procurement team to procure all items necessary for building PLC panel.
