Job Title: PLC Automation Engineer - AM/DM/Engineer/Sr. Engineer Experience: 4-15 Years Salary Range: Upto 12 LPA Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) for new and existing automation systems. Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to ensure continuous production operation. Design and configure control panels, pneumatic circuits, and automation interfaces. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams for machine installation, testing, and commissioning. Perform periodic preventive and predictive maintenance of automation equipment. Document electrical and PLC drawings, wiring schematics, and control logic as per regulatory and QA standards. Identify process improvement opportunities using automation and implement cost-effective solutions. Ensure all automation systems comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide training and support to operators and technicians on automation systems.
