• Taking responsibility for end-to-end planning of high growth categories at Licious.
• Balancing the cost aspects of inventory with the customer’s expectations of catalogue availability on Licious platform.
• Preparing business cases for new charters to improve availability or improve inventory efficiency and aligning leadership for the same
• Implementing such charters by driving initiatives along with various stakeholders in Category, Logistics, Production and Sourcing.
• Designing and executing policies, norms to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment.
• Designing and implementing the right metrics/ dashboards to bring visibility and continuously improve deployment performance.
• Defining scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes
• Working closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes.

We hope that you..

• Have 0-2 years of experience in Planning, Operations, Analytics.
• Are detail-oriented, have extremely high ownership and be able to work well with multiple stakeholders.
• Are highly analytical to track and report data.
• Have strong bias for action and ability to prioritize daily tasks, basic effort and impact.
• Have the capability to meet our technical requirements, which include MS Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
• Have strong communication skills and high standard of written English.
