Placement Officer Internship in Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source, identify, and secure suitable work placement opportunities for students, including coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of these placements
• Build strong connections with employers to maximize students’ chances for sustainable employment or other progression opportunities
• Organize and manage a caseload of students, helping them plan, monitor, and evaluate meaningful work placements
• Support students in preparing for work placements through relevant learning activities
• Respond to initial inquiries from employers and students regarding placements and provide necessary guidance
• Maintain accurate records of work placements, ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements
• Act as a liaison between employers and the college, sharing business leads and keeping the college informed on market trends and employer needs
• Collaborate with the wider Learner Partnership Team, including attending meetings, participating in planning, and engaging in staff development activities
• Provide support across the team as required
