Location: [Sector-37] Department: [Production Team] Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, product shoots, events, and more. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong portfolio, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both studio and natural light photography, with a passion for visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Photography Production: Capture high-quality, compelling images for various purposes, including advertising, social media, websites, events, and publications. Manage all aspects of the shoot, including setting up lighting, camera equipment, and props. Ensure consistency in style, composition, and brand alignment across all photo projects. Editing & Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). Ensure the final images meet high-quality standards and are optimized for various media formats (web, print, social media). Manage file organization and archiving, ensuring easy access to all finished and raw images. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, marketing, and other departments to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visuals that align with brand vision. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative direction for photography projects. Event Photography: Capture candid and posed photos at company events, product launches, photoshoots, and other special occasions. Ensure all event shots align with the brand’s identity and convey the right message to target audiences. Client & Product Photography: Photograph products, packaging, and lifestyle images for marketing materials, e-commerce, and print ads. Work directly with clients or internal stakeholders to capture their vision and brand identity. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot camera gear, lenses, lighting equipment, and other tools required for shoots. Stay up-to-date on the latest photography trends and technologies. Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, and talent in collaboration with the project or marketing team. Ensure all logistics for shoots, including location arrangements, permits, and props, are handled efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, though not required. Experience: Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work (e.g., commercial, lifestyle, portrait, product, etc.). Technical Skills: Proficiency in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras and a range of lenses. Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) or other relevant photo-editing software. Creative Vision: Strong visual and artistic skills with a deep understanding of composition, color theory, and lighting. Ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling images. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Requirements: A portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of photographic skills and creativity. Experience with video production or a desire to expand into video work is a plus.
