Branding and Identity Design Design brand guidelines, including typography, color schemes, and visual styles. Ensure designs align with the brands voice, values, and target audience. 4. Project Management Handle multiple design projects with deadlines. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment. Organize and maintain files and assets for efficient workflow. 5. Research and Trends Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct research on competitors and industry standards for inspiration. 6. Problem-Solving Adapt designs to meet specific challenges, such as accessibility and usability. Revise and refine designs based on feedback. 7. Collaboration Work with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and web developers. Participate in team discussions to align on project goals. 8. Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce visual content including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, presentations, and more. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate messaging concepts into visual assets. Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all design projects. Prepare designs for print production, ensuring proper formatting and resolution. Revise and iterate based on stakeholder feedback in a timely manner. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw) and other design software. Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and creative thinking. Excellent communication and time management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with motion graphics or video editing. Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
