Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to teach senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum. The candidate should inspire to foster academic excellence, and support the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to classes 11 and 12 as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Promote critical thinking, creative writing, and interpretative skills in students.
• Conduct classroom activities, debates, presentations, and literary events.
• Evaluate students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain discipline and an engaging learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Guide students for board exams and competitive English examinations.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and teaching strategies.
• Provide individual support to students for academic and personal growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with digital tools for teaching and learning.

• Innovative teaching methods and use of educational technology.
• Empathy, patience, and ability to connect with teenagers.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
