✔ Provide administrative & secretarial support to Senior Officer/Executive
✔ Calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel
✔ Drafting, proofreading, and organizing correspondence and reports
✔ Organizing events, conferences, and meetings
✔ Liaising with internal/external stakeholders
✔ Managing travel plans and expense reports
✔ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
🔸 Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
🔸 Minimum 2 years of experience in secretarial/administrative roles (preferably in banking/financial services)
🔸 Minimum age: 21 years
🔸 Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken & written); knowledge of Punjabi is an added advantage
🔹 Strong communication skills
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🔹 Shorthand proficiency (preferable)
🔹 Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
