Role Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube2. Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL through data-driven decision-making3. Build and test conversion-focused landing pages and funnels4. Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio5. Collaborate closely with creative, SEO, and development teams

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Linkedin and Meta Ads- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetBasic knowledge of performance reporting tools- A passion for growth, experimentation, and digital strategyExperience with D2C, eCommerce, or startup brands is a plus
