· Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure campaign goals are met
· Manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently based on performance data
· Continuously test, learn, and iterate creatives, audiences, and channels
· 2–3 years of hands-on experience running paid marketing campaigns
