Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager (Marketplace) located in Noida. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize strategies, managing digital marketing channels, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role involves driving growth and engagement through various marketplace platforms, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, Marketplace Management, and Digital Advertising
• Experience with Data Analysis, Metrics Tracking, and Campaign Optimization
• Complete knowhow of AMS and Flipkart Ads portal
• Strong skills in SEM, PPC, and SEO
• Ability to manage digital marketing channels including social media and email marketing
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Knowledge of marketplace trends and customer behavior
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the consumer electronics or audio industry is a plus
