Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Manager - Inbound Logistics & Warehouse located on-site in Noida. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inbound logistics, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Tasks include coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, optimizing warehouse layout, and managing a team to meet operational targets. Strong focus on customer service, communication with different departments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations is key.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to assess and improve logistics and warehouse operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams
• Operations Management experience for overseeing the efficient running of warehouse and logistics operations
• Sales experience to understand customer demands and align inventory accordingly
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field is preferred
