This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Delhi, India at The Cinnamon Kitchen. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, optimizing digital advertising strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategise and execute full-funnel paid marketing plans
• Lead acquisition, retargeting, and lifecycle campaigns
• Manage and optimise ₹1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and offers
• Track and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR
• Brief creative teams with persona- and funnel-based insights
• Collaborate with product/web teams for CRO and funnel optimisation
• Align with SEO for integrated search and performance growth
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in performance marketing (D2C/eComm preferred)
• Proven experience managing and scaling high-ROAS campaigns
• Strong understanding of CAC:LTV, cohort strategies, and performance analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO and how it supports paid search
• Ability to work closely with creative, brand, product, and CX teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
