About the Role

We are looking for a driven and certified Performance Marketing Associate / Senior Associate with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google, along with a solid understanding of SEO (on-page & off-page). Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms)
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Perform competitor analysis and audience research to guide targeting strategies.
• Run A/B tests to optimize copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Proven experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page and off-page).
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Experience in lead generation or B2B/B2C campaign funnels.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
