Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Develop ad copies, creative briefs, and landing page recommendations for campaigns.
• Manage budgets, bid strategies, and daily spending to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present actionable insights to the management team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns).
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work from the office and commit to a 6-day work week.

Qualification:

• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is an added advantage.
