Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and passionate about delivering high ROAS through strategic planning and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other dashboards Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates Collaborate with the creative team for compelling ad copies and visuals Develop monthly performance reports and strategic insights Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Proven track record in managing Google and Meta ad campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager Experience in the beauty & personal care industry is a plus Excellent communication and reporting skills Preferred Qualities: ROI-focused mindset Self-starter with attention to detail Strong understanding of user behavior and customer journeys Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Show more Show less
