Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment across hotel, retail, manufacturing, and distribution units. Prepare job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers. Manage onboarding processes and documentation for new hires. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance across all business units using digital or manual systems. Manage employee leaves, permissions, and absenteeism records. Ensure compliance with leave policies and applicable labor laws. Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for timely processing of salaries and statutory payments. Maintain employee records and documentation required for payroll processing. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles (multi-unit experience preferred). Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and local compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent in Telugu , English , and Hindi (preferred). Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software tools. Must be proactive, dependable, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities.
