HR - Responsibilities: Utilize various online platforms, job boards, social media, and networking to identify and source potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Proactively reach out to passive candidates. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
