Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Outreach:

• Identify, research, and reach out to decision-makers and marketing heads.
• Handle all communications, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential sponsors.
• Research and identify new brands, companies, and innovative channels for sponsorship opportunities.
• Devise and execute strategies to reach out to marketers and secure collaborations for Mepass—

  your hustle will be felt.

• Maintain and update records of outreach, leads, and deal progress.
• Support the team in closing sponsorship deals—your initiative and drive will directly impact our success.

What’s In It For You?

• Stipend: ₹10,000 (fixed)

• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹30,000

• Commission: 1-2% of every deal you help close

• (For context: A single average deal might be ₹40-50 Lakhs, so your earning potential could go up to ₹1 Lakh per month or more!)

Who We're Looking For:

• Confident communicators with a flair for sales, Business Development, or marketing.
• Past leadership or event outreach experience in college? Huge plus.
• Those who trust themselves, are self-driven, and have a proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership roles.
• Hungry to learn, earn, and hustle for real results.
• You're not here to clock hours—you’re here to close deals.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience in client-facing, sponsorship, or B2B sales roles
• Knowledge of the Meta Business Suite
• Strategic thinking and CRM/outreach tool familiarity (optional but nice!)
