THERAKids Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary center dedicated to the holistic growth and well-being of children with developmental needs. We provide evidence-based therapy services including Occupational Therapy, ABA Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, and Special Education to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric therapy and a genuine interest in working with children with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate children’s developmental, sensory, and motor needs.
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s goals.
• Use play-based, sensory integration, and functional techniques to support children’s growth.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and case reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
• Valid license or registration (as per state/local regulations).
• Experience with pediatric cases (especially autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, energetic, and child-friendly approach.
