Outbound B2B Sales- Telecalling Executive

Location: Kolkata Experience Required: 2–7 Years Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English Salary : 18-22k pm + incentives based on performance About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Outbound B2B Sales, Telecaller , to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities across various industries. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to small and medium enterprises to pitch our B2B products/services. Generate leads, follow up diligently, and convert them into appointments or closures. Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly to maximize conversion potential. Maintain detailed records of interactions, lead status, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently. Work closely with the field sales or business development team for lead handovers and closures. Provide timely market feedback, objections, and customer insights to the leadership team. Key Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales , preferably in B2B sales . Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English . Proven ability to generate leads and close deals over the phone. Highly self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and strong work ethic.
