Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Experience in a large, matrixed organization or consulting firm. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Certification in HR Analytics, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
