Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects end-to-end.Analyze client HR business processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM configurations.Design, configure, and test Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor.Provide functional expertise and advice on best practices in HR technology.Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.Conduct user training and create documentation for end-users and administrators.Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation.Stay updated with Oracle HCM product updates, features, and industry trends.Support post-implementation activities, including upgrades and enhancements.
