Key Skills & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience, preferably in digital lending or fintech-NBFC models. Strong knowledge of unsecured personal loans and FLDG models in co-lending and BC partnerships. Expertise in NBFC operations, RBI compliance norms, and financial reporting for publicly listed companies. Hands-on experience in loan reconciliation, portfolio health tracking, and dashboard creation. Proven track record of due diligence of NBFCs and fintech companies. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (NPA %, PAR, interest yield, etc. Proficiency in Tally, Excel (advanced) and familiarity with ERP/LMS systems.
