✅ Manage day-to-day operations from lead receiving to final delivery

✅ Create and implement SOPs for process efficiency

✅ Oversee backend teams for documentation, compliance, and client onboarding

✅ Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and Accounts for smooth workflow

✅ Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery

✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management

✅ Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions

🔧 Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in operations management (preferably in certification, compliance, or consulting industry)

✔️ Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to build processes and manage cross-functional teams

✔️ Excellent communication and reporting skills
