Operations Manager

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.

- Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (production, quality control, inventory, and logistics).

- Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality control, and company policies.

- Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage.

- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

- Maintain accurate records of production and operational data.

- Manage a team of supervisors and staff, ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive work environment.

- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve production processes.

- Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure timely resolution of any production-related challenges.

Pay: ₹12,871.62 - ₹50,894.69 per month
