Operations Manager – Hospital

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions at a well-established hospital in Piduguralla. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, manage teams, and uphold the highest standards of patient care and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day hospital operations including front office, billing, housekeeping, and support services
• Coordinate between clinical, non-clinical, and administrative departments
• Manage staffing schedules, resource allocation, and service delivery standards
• Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital protocols
• Implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost control
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and procurement units
• Assist management in budgeting, MIS reporting, and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance, and patient management

Skills Required:

• Leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and coordination
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of hospital management software (HIS preferred)
• Budgeting and vendor management skills
