Key Responsibilities: 1. Primary Point of Contact: · Establish and nurture long-term relationships with users. · Serve as the main liaison between the company and its customers. · Ensure a personalized and positive customer experience. 2. Issue Resolution: · Address and resolve user issues promptly and efficiently. · Act as a problem solver, finding effective solutions to challenges faced by users. · Strive for quick and satisfactory redressal of complaints. 3. Communication and Team Collaboration: · Collaborate with internal teams to understand and align with strategic operational goals. · Facilitate communication between users and the team to enhance product/service quality. · Provide insights from customer interactions to contribute to the development of strategic goals.
