Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
Role Overview
Lead and optimize end-to-end operations—covering production, supply chain, logistics, quality, and vendor management—to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with ERP/TMS/WMS systems, MS Excel expertise.
Process Excellence: Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
Business Acumen: Budgeting, cost control, strategic planning capabilities.
Communication: Strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
Compliance Expertise: Familiar with food safety, licenses, environmental, and safety regulations.
