Operations Executive – E-commerce

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, especially related to e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication and writing skills, along with experience in data entry and business communication. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management: Enter and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Ensure all data (pricing, images, descriptions) is accurate and up to date. Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team. Email & Business Communication: Respond to customer and vendor emails in a professional manner. Communicate with e-commerce partners for order tracking, payment issues, or other queries. Draft formal communications, reports, and documentation as needed. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain records of daily operations and submit regular reports to management. Coordinate with internal departments like marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth workflows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong written and spoken English skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior experience in e-commerce operations or data entry preferred. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivated and reliable with good organizational skills.
