Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Inventory & Warehouse Management Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and ensure accurate tracking of goods. Maintain organized and optimized warehouse operations. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage supply chain activities. 🔹 Delivery Executive Management Lead and supervise a team of delivery executives to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Schedule and assign delivery routes and tasks. Track field performance and resolve any delivery-related issues or escalations. 🔹 People & Team Management Manage daily operations team performance and resolve conflicts. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to operational staff. Ensure a positive and productive working environment. 🔹 Communication & Coordination Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and delivery staff. Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, English, and Telugu to facilitate communication across teams and clients. Report operational metrics and suggest process improvements.
