Job Description

We are an inclusive learning platform dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) by providing high-quality online coaching for competitive exams such as CAT and Bank Exams. Our mission is to create equitable opportunities in education and employment for all.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Math Instructor to deliver engaging and accessible online classes for students preparing for the Quantitative Aptitude section of CAT. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in teaching CAT-level mathematics but is also empathetic towards the unique learning needs of PWD students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, interactive online sessions on Quantitative Aptitude for CAT aspirants.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies and materials to cater to diverse learners, ensuring accessibility for students with disabilities.
  • Design practice assignments, quizzes, and mock tests tailored for CAT preparation.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt-solving sessions as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other subject instructors (VARC, DILR) to ensure holistic preparation for students.
  • Maintain progress reports and provide constructive feedback to students.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

✅ Minimum 2–4 years of experience teaching Mathematics for CAT or other competitive exams (offline or online).

✅ Strong conceptual clarity in Quantitative Aptitude topics including Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, and Modern Math.

✅ Experience in designing CAT-level mock tests and problem sets.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Prior experience working with or understanding the learning needs of Persons with Disabilities (preferred but not mandatory).

✅ Proficiency in using online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles or WCAG accessibility guidelines.
  • Ability to explain concepts in multiple ways to suit different learning styles.
  • Prior experience in inclusive education or teaching students with special needs.
